针刺治疗脑卒中后抑郁失眠临床疗效评价

目的:对针刺治疗脑卒中后抑郁失眠症的临床疗效进行系统评价.方法:将入选的64例患者随机分为两组,治疗组34例,采用"三才"配穴、联合针法相结合治疗;对照组30例,采用口服安定类药物治疗.将两组的疗效进行对比观察及评价.结果:治疗组治疗中风后抑郁症总有效率为79.4%,其失眠症的总有效率达97.0%;药物对照组仅为40.0%与73.3%,两组间差异存在着非常显著性意义(P＜0.001,P＜0.01).结论:"三才"配穴、联合针法相结合治疗脑卒中后抑郁失眠疗效显著,安全可靠.

Clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture on poststroke depression with insomnia

Objective To investigate and evaluate clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture treatment on post stroke depression with insomnia. Methods Sixty four cases were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group of 34 cases were treated by acupuncture at Sancai points and combined needling methods. The control group of 30 cases were treated by diazepams. Their therapeutic effects were compared and evaluated. Results The total effective rate was 79 4% for depression and 97 0% for insomnia in the treatment group, and 40 0% and 73 3% in the control group, respectively, with very significant differences between the two groups ( P <0 001, P <0 01).Conclusion The Sancai points and combined needling method has an obvious therapeutic effect on poststroke depression with insomnia.
