针灸原理和经络研究中红外热像技术的应用

目的:介绍红外热像技术在针灸和经络研究中的应用.方法:从8个方面介绍笔者使用红外热像技术所进行的针灸经络研究的情况,包括:(1)针灸治疗的效果;(2)针灸的升温作用;(3)穴位相对特异性现象;(4)经络的温度特性;(5)经穴-脏腑相关;(6)经络温度特性形成的原理;(7)体表温度形成机制;(8)神经温度图像方法的建立及针灸研究的应用.结果:证明了红外热像技术用于针灸经络研究的可能性,开拓了热像技术应用的领域.

Application of infrared thermography in studies of acupuncture mechanisms and meridians

Objective To introduce to application of infrared thermography in studies of acupuncture mechanisms and meridians. Methods The research results of the author in studies of acupuncture mechanisms and meridians with infrared thermography were summarized as follows:(1)the effect of acupuncture on facial paralysis;(2)the role of acupuncture in increase of skin temperature;(3)relative specificity of acupoints;(4)temperature characteristcs of meridians;(5)correlativity of acupoints with Zang-and Fu-organs;(6)mechanisms of forming the thermo lines along meridians;(7)mechanismas of producing the temperature on the body surface; and (8)foundation of the cortical infrared thermography method and its application in acupuncture and moxibustion studies. Results It is proved that application of infrared thermography in studies of acupuncture, moxibustion and meridians is possble, opening application fields of infrared thermography.
