周围性面瘫定位诊断与针刺疗效关系的研究

目的:探讨面神经不同损伤平面对针刺疗效的影响。方法:按面神经的损伤平面定位而分为5组,运动神经核段面瘫、膝状神经节段面瘫、镫骨神经段面瘫、鼓索神经段面瘫及茎乳孔段面瘫,对126例患者针刺2疗程后疗效观察和比较。结果:茎乳孔段面瘫疗效最佳,鼓索神经段、镫骨神经段疗效较好,膝状神经节段次之,运动神经核段最差(P<0.01)。结论:针刺疗效与神经损伤平面具有相关性,面神经损伤平面越低,疗效越好。

Study on level diagnosis of peripheral facial paralysis and therapeutic effect of acupuncture

Objective To probe into the effect of different levels of the facial nerve lesion on the therapeutic effect of acupuncture. Methods 126 patients were divided into 5 groups according to the lesion levels of facial nerve lesion: facial paralysis at the motor nuclei segment, the geniculate ganglion segment, the stapes nerve segment, the tympanic cord nerve segment, and the stylomastoid foramen segment. Their therapeutic effects were observed and compared after acupuncture of 2 therapeutic courses. Results The therapeutic effect was the best for the facial paralysis at the stylomastoid foramen segment, better for the tympanic cord nerve segment and the stapes nerve segment, and the next for the geniculate ganglion segment, and the worst for the motor nuclei segment (P<0.01). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acupuncture is correlated with the level of nerve lesion, the lower the level of nerve lesion, the better the therapeutic effective.
