| 摘 要： | 化疗常用药５－氟尿嘧啶（５－Ｆｕ）具有损伤机体的抗氧化系统、引起脂质过氧化损伤的副作用。本研究显示：化疗对照组，无论是肝、肾、全血的ＣＡＴ，还是肝、血清ＳＯＤ的活力均明显低于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；针刺和艾灸两组，除艾灸组肾组织中ＣＡＴ活力与化疗对照组间尚无显著性差异外，其它指标间的差异均有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５）。说明针灸能较好地桔抗５－Ｆｕ的副作用，提高ＣＡＴ、ＳＯＤ酶的活力。

| Abstract: | 5-Fluorouracil (5-Fu). a commonly-used medicine in chemotherapy. has side effects of injuring antioxidative system and lipid peroxidation in the organism. The present study indicates that acupuncture and moxibustion can antagonize markedly the side effects of 5-Fu, increasing activities of CAT and SOD. |
