针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效观察

目的:对比针灸配合手法与口服西药治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法:将96例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为两组.治疗组50例,以针刺颈夹脊、百会、风池等穴结合推拿治疗;对照组46例口服西比灵治疗.结果:治疗组治愈率为42.0%,总有效率为98.0%;对照组治愈率为28.3%,总有效率为67.4%.两组治愈率、总有效率比较,差异有非常显著性或显著性意义(P<0.01,P<0.05).结论:针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效可靠.

Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage for treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type

ObjectiveTo compare clinical therapeutic effects o f acup-moxibustion combined with massage and oral administration of western medic ine on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. MethodsN inety-six cases of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were randomly divided into 2 groups, a treatment group and a control group. The treatment grou p (n=50) were treated by acupuncture at cervical Jiaji (EX-B2), Baihui (GV 20), Fengchi (GB 20) and other points combined with massage, and the control gro up (n=46) by oral administration of sibelium. ResultsThe c ured rate and the total effective rate were 42 0% and 98 0% in the treatment g roup, and 28 3% and 67 4% in the control group, respectively. There were signi ficant differences between the 2 groups in the cured rate and the total effectiv e rate (P<0 01,P<0 05). ConclusionAcup-moxibustion combined with massag e has a definite therapeutic effect on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.
