经穴效应特异性及其基本规律

经穴效应特异性是针灸理论与临床的核心内容.本文在运用数据挖掘技术整理、分析有关经穴效应特异性的古代文献记载和现代研究成果的基础上,初步认为,经穴效应具有相对特异性并存在一定的规律.其基本规律可以总结为"经脉循行是基础,经气会聚是关键",即经穴效应特异性的产生与经脉循行和经气会聚多少(部位)密切相关.

Based on summarization and analysis of ancient literature and contemporary research achievements by using data mining techniques, it is preliminarily held that the specificity of acupoint effects has its relativity and a certain law, which can be summarized as "course of meridian is the basis and confluence of meridian qi is the key", that is, the specificity of acupoint effects is closely correlated with the course of meridian and the confluence of meridian qi.
