针刺加中药熏洗治疗不宁腿综合征40例疗效观察

目的 :寻找治疗不宁腿综合征的有效方法。方法 :将 1 2 0例不宁腿综合征患者按就诊时间随机分为 3组 ,即针药组采用针刺加中药熏洗法治疗 ;药物组单纯选用西医药物治疗 ;针刺组单纯接受针刺治疗。结果 :3组有效率分别为 97 5 %、77 5 %、75 0 % ,经统计学处理 ,针药组疗效优于药物组和针刺组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,药物组和针刺组疗效差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5)。结论 :针刺加中药熏洗法治疗不宁腿综合征具有协同作用

Observation on therapeutic effect of acupuncture plus steaming-washing with Chinese herbs for treatment of 40 cases of restless legs syndrome

Objective To search for an effective method for tre atment of restless legs syndrome. Methods 120 cases of restless legs syndrome were randomly divid ed into 3 groups, the treatment group treated by acupuncture plus steaming-wash i ng with Chinese herbs, the medicine group treated by simple western medicine and the acupuncture group by simple acupuncture. Results The effective rates of the 3 groups were respectively 9 7 5%, 77 5% and 75 0%, the treatment group being superior to the medicine g roup and the acupuncture group (P<0 01), with no significant difference be tween the medicine group and the acupuncture group (P>0 05). Conclusion Acupuncture plus steaming-washing with Chinese herb s has cooperation in treatment of restless legs syndrome.
