| 摘 要： | 目的:寻找治疗急性期肩周炎的最佳方法.方法:综合刺络治疗组在肩周炎病变患处采用梅花针重叩出血与患肢肘关节尺泽穴三棱针点刺出血相结合方法;针刺对照组采用常规针刺疗法.结果:综合刺络疗法在减轻患者疼痛症状及改善各项体征方面较之传统毫针刺法有较明显优势(P＜0.05).结论:综合刺络疗法是治疗急性期肩周炎较理想的疗法.

| Abstract: | Objective To seek for the best method for treatment of acute periarthritis of shoulder. Methods The comprehensive treatment group were treated by heavily tapping the affected region for blood-letting with plum-blossom needle,plus pricking blood therapy at Chize (LU 5) with a three-edged needle;the control group were treated by routine acupuncture therapy. Results Comprehensive pricking blood therapy in alleviation of pain and improvement of various physical signs was significantly superior to the traditional filiform needle therapy ( P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive pricking blood therapy is a better method for acute periarthritis of shoulder. |
