辨证针刺治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫36例

目的寻找治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的最佳方法.方法将72例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例,治疗组采用辨证取穴针刺治疗,对照组口服吗丁啉和维生素B6进行治疗.结果治疗组总有效率为97.2%,与对照组疗效比较差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05),且治疗组不良反应少,症状复发率低,与对照组比较差异有非常显著性意义(P＜0.01).结论辨证取穴针刺法治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫是一种较佳的疗法.

Treatment of 36 cases of diabetic gastroparesis by acupuncture based on differentiation of symptoms and signs

Objective To search for the best method for treatment of diabetic gastroparesis. Methods 72 cases of diabetic gastro paresis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 36 cases i n each group. The treatment group were treated with acupuncture on points selecte d based on syndrome differentiation, and the control group by oral administratio n of motilium and vitamin B 6. Results The effective rate was 97 22% in the treatment group with a better therapeutic effect (P<0 05), l ess adverse reaction and lower recurrent rate of symptoms than the c ontrol group (P<0 01). Conclusion Acupuncture of points se lected based on syndrome differentiation is a better therapy for diabetic gastro paresis.
