治疗中风偏瘫需要针灸与康复医学的结合

针灸医学与康复医学在适应症上有相同的疾病谱，治疗的切入时机也相同；两者在治疗方法和学科理论上有极强的互补性，针灸医学有许多行之有效的治疗方法，康复医学的康复评定、运动疗法等颇具特色。 它们有机结合将加快针灸医学的现代化和康复医学的快速发展，为中西医结合酝酿新思路，开辟新纪元。本文认为中风偏瘫的治疗需要传统针灸医学与现代康复医学的结合。

Combination of Acupuncture and Moxibustion with Rehabilitation Medicine Is Necessary for Treatment of Hemiplegia due to Apoplexy

Acupuncture-moxibustion medicine and rehabi litation medicine have same spectrum of diseases in indications, and opportunity of treatment also is same; the both medicines have very strong complementarity in treatment methods and scientific theories. Acup-moxibustion medicine has a l ot of effective treatment methods, and rehabilitation medicine has more distingu ishing feature in valuation of rehabilitation and motor therapy, etc.. Their org anic combination will accelerate mordalization of acupuncture and moxibustion me dicine and development of rehabilitation medicine and opening new thinking for i ntegration of Chinese and Western medicine. The authors hold that combination of traditional acupuncture and moxibustion medicine with modern rehabilitation med icine is necessary for treatment of hemiplegia due to apoplexy.
