电针深刺天枢穴治疗功能性便秘随机对照研究

摘    要:目的:探寻治疗功能性便秘的较佳疗法。方法:将95例功能性便秘患者随机分为深刺天枢组(48例)、浅刺天枢组(24例)和药物组(23例)。深刺天枢组采用电针深刺天枢穴至腹膜;浅刺天枢组电针天枢穴至皮下5mm;药物组采用杜秘克口服液治疗。3组均连续治疗4周,并随访6个月。观察周排便次数达4次的人数、周排便次数变化差值和便秘评分量表总评分(CCS)变化差值。结果:深刺天枢组在改善周排便次数和周排便次数达4次的人数及降低CCS总评分方面与浅刺天枢组疗效相当(均P0.05),且均优于药物组(均P0.05),深刺天枢组较浅刺天枢组和药物组起效更快,疗效更为持久。结论:电针深刺天枢穴治疗功能性便秘疗效与浅刺天枢穴疗效相当,但较浅刺组起效快;两组均优于药物治疗,远期疗效较好。
