针刺治疗假性球麻痹吞咽困难疗效观察

目的:探寻提高假性球麻痹吞咽困难疗效的疗法.方法:将179例患者随机分为观察组86例和对照组93例.观察组在西医治疗的同时,应用头针、舌针、体针进行综合治疗;对照组单纯西药治疗.结果:观察组有效率100.0%,对照组有效率67.7%,两组疗效差异具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01).结论:针刺疗法能有效提高西医治疗假性球麻痹吞咽困难的疗效.

Therapeutic effect of acupuncture on dysphagia due to pseudobulbar palsy

Objective To explore an acupuncture therapy to increase therapeutic effect on dysphagia due to pseudobulbar palsy. Methods One hundred and seventy-nine cases were randomly divided into acupuncture group (n=86) and control group (n=93). The acupuncture group were treated with combination of western medicine, scalp acupuncture, tongue needling and body acupuncture, and the control group were treated with simple western medicine. Results The effective rate was 100.0% in the acupuncture group and 67.7% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture therapy can effectively increase the therapeutic effect of western medicine on dysphagia due to pseudobulbar palsy.
