| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针刺与药物治疗强直性脊柱关节炎（AS）的疗效差异。方法：治疗组针灸风池、华佗夹脊、肾俞穴治疗60例，并与药物对照组口服柳氮磺胺吡啶加双氯灭痛60例进行比较。结果：治疗组总有效率为75．0％，对照组总有效率63．3％。两者之间疗效相比，经统计学处理，差异有显著性意义（P＜0．05）。治疗组无一例出现副作用。结论：针灸治疗本病疗效优于对照组。

| Abstract: | Purpose To compare the therapeutic effects of acupuncture and medication on ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Methods Treatment group (60 cases) were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion at Fengchi (GB 20), Huatuo Jiaji, and Shenshu (BL 23), and control group were treated with azulfidine and tabellae natril diclofenatis, and their therapeutic effects were compared. Results The total effective rate was 75.0% in the treatment group and 63.3% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05), and the treatment group did not have any side effect. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment has a better therapeutic effect than the medication for AS. |
