摘    要:目的:探讨穴位注射加针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎痛的临床疗效和治疗机理。方法:将60例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为穴位注射加针刺组和单纯针刺组,观察治疗前后临床症状、椎动脉血流情况及血管变化。结果:①两组均能有效地改善椎动脉血流量、血流速度以及椎动脉形态;②穴位注射加针刺组疗效明显优于单纯针刺组,经统计学分析差异有显著性意义。结论:穴位注射加针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病,具有确切的改善椎动脉供血及形态的作用,其椎动脉供血及形态的改善与临床症状、体征的改善相一致,疗效明显优于单纯针刺组。

Abstract:Objective To explore clinically therapeutic effect and mechanisms of acupoint injection plus acupuncture for treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into acupoint injection plus acupuncture group and simple acupuncture group, and changes of clinical symptoms, blood flow and blood vessels before and after treatment were investigated. Results Volume and velocity of blood flow and form of the vertebral artery were improved effectively in the two groups, with the acupoint injection plus acupuncture group significantly being superior to the simple acupuncture group. Conclusion Acupoint injection plus acupuncture has a definite action in improving blood supply and the form of vertebral artery, which conform with the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs, and it is superior to the simple acupuncture group in the therapeutic effect.
