不同年份蕲艾叶及不同比例艾绒化学成分研究

摘    要:分析比较不同年份蕲艾叶及不同比例艾绒的化学成分,为艾灸的安全性提供理论依据。以2007年、2008年、2009年蕲艾叶为原料,加工成3:1,5:1,8:1,15:1等不同比例的艾绒,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,应用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对其化学成分进行鉴定,并进行半定量计算。结果显示,不同年份蕲艾叶及不同比例艾绒化学成分基本相同,但其含量有较大差别:年份越久、艾绒比例越高,易挥发成分的相对含量越少,难挥发成分含量越多。表明蕲艾叶及艾绒挥发油成分基本是安全的。陈年高比例艾绒挥发油以难挥发成分为主,如刺柏脑、石竹素、石竹烯等,这些难挥发物质可能就是艾灸时的有效成分。

Abstract:To analyze and compare the Chemical components of Artemisia argyi from Qichun Hubei Province of different years and its moxa wool with different process,and to privide a theoretical basis for the security of moxibustion.The essential oil from Artemisia argyi and its moxa wool were extracted by steam distillation and the constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS.The Result is that They have the most same components,but the relative and absolute contents are different. Dated and more refind moxa wool has the less components with low boiling point,and has the more components with high boiling point.The essential oil from Artemisia argyi and moxa wool are basically security.The dated and more refind moxa wool has more components with high boiling point,such as Juniper camphor,Caryophyllene oxide,Caryophyllene,and so on.And maybe they are the effective components when moxibustion.
