| 针罐并用治疗慢性疲劳综合征临床分析 |

| 摘 要： | 用毫针针刺大椎、至阳、心俞、隔俞、命门、肾愈、长强穴、起针后选择督脉和足太阳膀胱经背部第1侧线、第2侧线施走罐术，治疗观察慢性疲劳综合征患者25例，并设中药采力合剂组（A经物成分黄芪、人参、地黄等）为对照组。结果显示，治疗组总有效率92％，对照组总有效率64％，两组疗效差异有显著性意义。P＜0．05。提示针罐治疗，通过物理和化学机制，良性刺大脑皮层的功能，改善植物神经功能的失调，激发调节免疫功能。

| Abstract: | Methods Acupuncture was given at Dazhui(GV 14),Zhiyang(GV 9),Xinshu(BL 15),Geshu(BL 17),Mingmen(GV 4),Shenshu(BL 23) and Changqiang (GV 1) and after withdrawing the filiform needle cupping was applied on the Governor Vessel and the first and second letaral lines of the Urinary Bladder Channel of Foot Taiyang for treatment of 25 cases of chronic fatigue syndrome,and Chinese drug Caili Mixture was used as control.Results The total effective rate was 92% in the acupunture treatment group and 64% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0 05).Conclusion Combination of acupuncture with cupping has a better therapeutic effect on chronic fatigue syndrome. |
