电针对力竭游泳大鼠肾脏线粒体自由基代谢和线粒体功能的影响

摘    要:目的进一步研究电针的抗过氧化、抗衰老作用,探讨肾俞平衡阴阳、益精补肾机理.方法选择7组大鼠做力竭游泳实验,观察力竭前后不同时间及有无电针刺激条件下大鼠肾脏线粒体自由基代谢情况和线粒体功能的变化.结果发现力竭游泳后即刻和4小时末MDA,GSH,NADH,游离Ca2+,THG,GSH-Px均有不同特点、程度的变化;电针组大鼠游泳耐力时间明显长于未电针组(P<0.01).提示力竭游泳可诱发大鼠体内一系列过氧化反应,自由基大量生成、积累、代谢出现异常.结论电针其"肾俞"可较明显提高自身抗过氧化能力,有效清除自由基,提高运动能力,初步揭示了肾俞平衡阴阳、益精补肾机理.

Abstract:Purpose To study further anti hyperoxidation and anti ageing act ion of electroacupuncture and preliminar ily approach to the machanism of Shensh u(BL 23) in balancing Yin and Yang,supp lementing vital essence and tonifying k iidney. Methods Changes of meta bolism of mitochondrial free radicals an d mitochondial function in kidney were i nvestigated at different times after ful l swimming and electroacupuncture.Results MDA,GSH,NADH,fre e Ca 2 ,THG,GSH Px at 0 and 4 hours af ter swimmimg had changes in varying degr ees;the swimming time in the electroacu puncture group was significantly longer than that in the nonelectroacupuncture g roup.Conclusion Full swimming can induce a series of hyperoxidation,a nd production,accumalation and abnormal metabolism of a great number of free rad icals in rats;Electroacupuncture at She nshu can obviously increase the ability of anti hyperoxidation,effectively clear i ng free radicals and increasing motor ab i lity,which reveal preliminarily the mech anism of Shenshu in balancing Yin and Yang ,supplementing vital essence and t onifying kidney.
