不同针刺取穴方法结合系统康复治疗中风后肩手综合征疗效观察

方法：将135例中风后肩手综合征患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组83例，以龙虎交战手法针刺天宗穴。对照组52例，常规取穴采用平补平泻手法。两组患者针后均进行康复训练连续两个疗程。结果：（1）Fugl-meyer运动功能评价，治疗组上肢总积分高于对照组10分左右。（2）治疗后运动神经传导速度的改变亦较明显（P＜0．01）。结论：龙虎交战针刺手法可有效缓解肩手综合征所致的疼痛。针灸可促进损伤的神经再生。

Observation on Therapeutic Effects of Different Acupoint Selection Methods Combined with Systemati cal Rehabilitation on Shoulder-Hand Syndrome After Apoplexy

Methods One hundered and thirty?five cases of postatroke shoulder?hand syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In the treatment group (83 cases), acupuncture was given at Tianzong (SI 11) with dragon?tiger's alternate fight manipulation method, and in the control group (52 cases), routinely selected acupoints were needled with uniform reinforcing?reducing method. The two groups of patients took rehabilitation exercises after acupuncture treatment. Treatment was given for two courses, once a day, one month constituting one couse. Results For Fugl?meyer motion function assessment, the total cumulative score of upper limbs in the treatment group was about 10 points higher than that in the control group; and after treatment, conduction velosity of motor nerve had a significant change ( P <0 01). Conclusion Dragon?tiger's alternate fight method can effectively relieve or kill pain induced by shoulder?hand syndrome, and acupuncture can promote regeneration of damaged nerves.
