| 摘 要： | 目的：观察不同穴位的临床疗效。方法：将80例颈椎病患者分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组采用针刺“四天”穴、列缺为主;对照组采用针刺颈夹脊穴为主,结果：治疗组在疼痛、麻木,工作生活改善及综合评分等方面优于对照组。结论：以颈部肌肉群,局部神经血管走行取穴,可以更好地改善临床症状和体征。

| Abstract: | Purpose To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture at different acupoints on cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type. Methods 80 cases of cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were treated with acupuncture at "Sitian" points and Lieque (LU 7) as main points, and the control group were treated with acupuncture at cervical Jiaji (EX B 2). Results The treatment group in improvement of pain, numbness, quality of life and comprehensive score was superior to the control group. Conclusion Acupoint selection according to routes of cervical muscle groups, local nerves and blood vessels can better improve clinical symptoms and signs in treatment of cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type. |
