| 摘 要： | 通过对雌猕猴的针刺，观察其血浆中雌二醇和孕酮含量的变化。结果表明，针刺“Ｇ４”区、石门、三阴交穴对雌猕猴血浆中雌二醇的分泌有明显抑制作用（Ｐ＜０．０１），而对孕酮的分泌则影响不明显（Ｐ＞０．０５）。穴位及穴位相配以后产生的这种特异性效应，对针刺疗法在妇产科临床应用有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Changes of plasma contents of estradiol and progesterone after acupunctrue were observed in the rhesus monkey.Results indicated that acupuncture of "G4" area,Shimen(GV5),Sanyinjiao(SP6)points inhibited significantly secretion of estradiol(p<0.001) and did not have a significant effect(p>0.05) on secretion of progresterone.The distinctive action of combination of points has an important significance for clinical application of acupuncture therapy in department of obstetrics and gynecology. |
