| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺对膝骨关节炎的临床疗效.方法:采用简单随机分组的方法,将50例膝骨关节炎患者分为长针穴位透刺组32例和单纯西药治疗组18例,进行比较研究.结果:两种治疗方法均可有效改善膝骨关节炎的临床症状,其中长针组的有效率为87.5%,西药组的有效率为55.6%,两组之间的疗效差异有非常显著性意义(P＜0.01).结论:长针透刺治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效优于单纯西药组.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe therapeutic effect of acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis. Methods Fifty cases were randomly divided into a long needle acupoint penetration needling group ( n =32) and a simple western medicine treatment group ( n =18). Their therapeutic effects were compared. Results The two methods could effectively improve clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis. The effective rate was 87 5% in the penetration needling group and 55 6% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups ( P <0 01). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of the long needle penetration needling is better than that of simple western medicine. |
