针药并用治疗抑郁症疗效观察

目的:评价针刺合并氟西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性.方法:将53例抑郁症患者分为针刺合并氟西汀组30例(观察组)和单纯氟西汀组23例(对照组).采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD),汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA),临床总体评定量表(CGI)评定临床疗效,副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应.结果:经6周治疗后,观察组有效率80.0%,对照组为69.6%,两组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05).两组的HAMD、HAMA评分治疗前后相比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),两组之间比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05).观察组的不良反应相对于对照组少而轻.结论:针刺合并氟西汀治疗抑郁症疗效好,起效快,不良反应少而轻,适合临床应用.

Observation on therapeutic effect of combination of acupuncture with drug on depression

Objective To assess clinical therapeutic effect and safety of acupuncture combined with fuxiting on depression. Methods Fifty three cases of depression were divided into an observation group ( n =30) treated by acupuncture combined with fuxiting and a control group treated by fuxiting. Their clinical therapeutic effects were assessed by HAMD, HAMA and CGI, and adverse effects by TESS. Results After treatment of 6 weeks, the total effective rate was 80 0% in the observation group and 69 6% in the control group with no significant difference between the two groups ( P >0 05). There were significant differences in scores of HAMD and HAMA before and after treatment in the two groups ( P <0 01), with no significant difference between the two groups ( P >0 05). The adverse effect in the observation group was less and milder than that in the control group. Conclusion Acupuncture combined fuxiting has good therapeutic effect on depression with less and mild adverse effects.
