针灸对实验性骨质疏松症的影响

通过切除大鼠双侧卵巢造成实验性骨质疏松症动物模型，以假手术组和西药（肌注雌激素）组作为对照，观察针刺和艾灸对骨质疏松大鼠骨代谢的影响。结果显示，针刺和艾灸能提高雌激素水平，抑制骨吸收，促进骨形成，从而改善骨代谢负平衡状态，对雌激素缺乏引起的骨质疏松症有一定的治疗作用。

Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Experimental Osteoporosis

In the rat model of experimental osteoporosis developed by ovariectomy on both sides,effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on metabolism of the bone were investigated and sham operation group and western drug group(intermascular injection of estrogen)were used as control.Results showed that acupuncture and moxibustion increased level of estrogen,inhibited absorption of bones,promoted formation of bones,so as to improve the state of negative balance of metabolism of bones,and acupuncture and moxibustion had a certain therapeutic action on osteoporosis induced by lack of estrogens.
