针刺对实验性急性癫痫大鼠脑干—γ—氨基丁酸和谷氨酸含量的影响

摘    要:采用马桑内酯(CL)35mg/kg给大鼠肌注造成急性癫痫大发作模型,选用督脉“百会”和肝经郄穴“中都”,针治组用泻法,针防组用平补平泻法,并与正常组和模型组对照。结果针刺可明显降低癫痫大鼠脑干谷氨酸(GLU)水平,提高针防组γ氨基丁酸(GABA)与GLU比值。说明针刺可通过影响氨基酸类递质来防治癫痫。

Abstract:Acute severe epilepsy rat model was developed by intermuscular injection of 3.5mg/kg coriamyrtin and Baihui point on the Du Channel and Zhongdu point on the Liver Channel were selected.Reducing method was used in the acupuncture treatment group and the uniform reinforcing reducing method was used in the acupuncture prevention group.Results indicated that acupuncture reduced obviously level of glutamic acid (Glu) and increased ratio of of r aminobutyric acid and Glu in the brain stem of rats with epilepsy,It is suggested that acupuncture prevents and treats epilepsy through influencing amino acid transmitters.
