针药结合治疗青春期月经稀少病

６０例患者按随机表分成３组，Ａ组雌激素组，Ｂ组针刺组，Ｃ组针刺＋雌激素组，各为２０例，进行临床治疗观察。结果Ａ组有５例排卵，Ｂ组有１２例排卵，Ｃ组有１４例排卵，Ｂ、Ｃ二组的疗效与Ａ组比较差异有显著意义（Ｐ＜００５，Ｐ＜００５）。同时，Ｂ、Ｃ二组卵泡早期的雌二醇水平在排卵与无排卵病例中差异显著（Ｐ＜００５，Ｐ＜００１）。临床结果表明，针刺促排卵的效果与患者体内雌激素水平密切相关。

Combined Treatment of Acupuncture and Medicine for Oligomenorrhea in Puberty

cases of oligomenorrhea in puberty were randomly divided into three groups:estrin group (A group),acupuncture group(B group),acupuncture plus estrin group(C group),20 cases in each group,and were treated.Results showed that 5 cases had ovulation in A group,12 cases in B group and 14 cases in C group.The therapeutic effect in B group and C group was superior to that in A group with significantly differences(P<0 05) There were significantly differences between cases of ovulation and no ovulation in levels of estradiol at follicular early phase in B group and C group (P<0 05 and P<0 01).Clinical results prove that the effect of acupuncture promoting ovulation is closely related with the estrin level in the patient.
