电针天枢穴治疗肾绞痛疗效观察

目的:观察天枢穴治疗肾绞痛的即时止痛作用.方法:将97例肾绞痛患者采用半随机方法分成电针组(55例)和药物组(42例).电针组采用电针天枢穴治疗,药物组采用度冷丁50 mg肌肉注射治疗.结果:电针组显效率为52.7%,总有效率为96.4%;药物组显效率为28.6%,总有效率为73.8%.经统计学处理,两组显效率和总有效率的差异具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01).结论:对肾绞痛的缓解作用,电针组优于药物组.

Observation on therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture at Tianshu (ST 25) on renal colic

Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture at Tianshu (ST 25), a specific analgesic point, on renal colic. Methods Ninety-seven cases of renal colic were semi-randomly divided into an electroacupuncture group (n=55) and a drug group (n=42). The electroacupuncture group were treated by electro- acupuncture at Tianshu (ST 25) and the drug group by intramuscular injection of 50 mg dolantin. Results The markedly effective rate and the total effective rate were 52.7% and 96.4% in the electroacupuncture group, and 28.6% and 73.8% in the drug group, respectively, with a very significant difference between the two groups in the markedly effective rate and the total effective rate (P<0.01). Conclusion Electroacupuncture in relieving renal colic is superior to dolantin.
