穴位注射治疗突发性耳聋61例疗效分析

目的：探讨更有效治疗突发性耳聋的方法。方法：突发性耳聋患者122例167耳，随机分为穴位注射组（穴注组）和西药治疗组（对照组），穴注组采用翳风、风池和听会穴注射ATP、复方丹参和654－2药物的方法；西药组采用疗效肯定的常规西药治疗。治疗前后用电测听检测听力进行疗效对比。结果：穴注组85耳，总有效耳数71耳，占83．5％；对照组82耳，总有效耳数58耳，占70．7％。两组总有效率比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论：复合作用的药物穴位注射疗法治疗突发性耳聋疗效是肯定的。

Analysis on Therapeutic Effects of Acupoint-Injection in 61 Cases of Sudden Deafness

Purpose To approach to a new more effective therapy for sudden deafness. Methods 122 cases (167 ears) of sudden deafness were randomly divided into acupoint-injection group and western medicine group as control group. The acupoint-injection group were treated with injection of ATP, compound Danshen and anisodamine (654-2) into Yifeng (TE 17), Fengchi (GB 20) and Tinghui (GB 2), and the control group were treated with routine western medicine with definite therapeutic effects. Electric audiometry was used for hearing test before and after treatment and their therapeutic effects were compared. Results The total effective rate was 83.5% (71 ears/85 ears) in the acupoint-injection group and 70.7% (58 ears/82 ears) in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The acupoint-injection therapy has a definite therapeutic effect on sudden deafness.
