| 摘 要： | 《黄帝内经》体质医学思想为中医体质理论奠定了基础,在体质对疾病的影响方面做了较详细论述:体质状态决定发病与否;体质偏性决定疾病的易感性和倾向性;体质因素影响病机变化、病变性质和证候性质,并决定治疗原则及方法;体质因素影响病证转归及预后。辨体论治有利于纠正体质的偏颇状态,截断病势发展而治疗疾病。
