| 摘 要： | 目的:制定八角茴香的质量标准,为药用植物资源的开发利用提供科学依据。方法:采用定性鉴定方法和含量测定技术开展八角茴香药材质量标准研究。结果:对10个不同产地八角茴香的浸出物、总灰分和酸不溶灰分进行了测定;同时对其活性成分莽草酸和山柰酚进行了薄层定性鉴别,并对莽草酸进行了HPLC定量研究。结论:研究所得方法简便,准确,可有效控制八角茴香药材的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To provide scientific basis for the utilization and development of Illiciun verum by setting up the quality control specification.Method: The extract of I.verum was examined,ash was determined,and the bioactive constituents were analyzed by TLC and a HPLC analysis was applied for quatitative determination of shikimic acid.Result: Content of extract,total ash,and acid-insoluble ash of 10 samples from different habitats were determined.The qualitative and quantitative analysis of shikimic acid and kaempfetol by TLC and HPLC were also preformed respectively.Conclusion: The established method can be used for the quality control of Illiciun verum. |
