| 摘 要： | 目的:观察补肾散结方联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:48例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组,治疗组(25例)给予补肾散结方联合GP方案化疗,对照组(23例)给予GP方案化疗。治疗2个周期进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为16%、13%,两组差异无统计学意义。治疗后,治疗组在KPS评分、体质量、细胞免疫功能及化疗毒副作用方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾散结方联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,可以改善患者的生活质量,提高患者的细胞免疫功能,减轻化疗的毒副作用。
