星点设计-效应面法优选解酒泡腾片的提取工艺

摘    要:目的:采用星点设计-效应面法优选解酒泡腾片的提取工艺。方法:以加水倍量,提取时间为主要影响因素,以绿原酸含量和浸膏得率为评价指标,用星点设计-效应面法优选解酒泡腾片的最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加入10倍量水,提取2次,每次提取30min。结论:用星点设计-效应面法优选的解酒泡腾片提取工艺简便易行,预测性好。
