中药十八反猜想

中药十八的实验研究应以文献理论研究为先导。研究认为,相反组合产生的毒性主要与其中存在的毒性药物有关,或相反两药均有毒性,组合后毒性叠加所致;五参与藜芦,除藜芦自身毒性外,还与借助五行学说推定有关;十八反药物不存在借助基原相同而外推的逻辑关系;十八反不是临床配伍应用的禁区。

This paper tries to expound that the experimental research about eighteen incompatible medicaments had better be based on the document research.From this research,toxicity due to combined usage of imcompatible medicaments mainly results from one toxic herb in that pair or both,which leads to double the toxicity.Such as the pair of five Shen and Veratrum nigrum Linn,the judgment of five Shen still relates to five elements theory,besides Veratrum nigrum Linn’s toxicity.There is no extend logical relation,for the same root,in eighteen incompatible medicaments.In other words,eighteen incompatible medicaments is not the forbidden zone of clinical application.
