肥胖、超重与正常体质量高血压患者的中医体质类型分布特点比较研究

目的:探讨肥胖、超重与正常体质量高血压患者的中医体质类型分布特点,为中医调整体质偏颇防治高血压提供依据。方法:以我国9省市横断面中医体质调查数据库中,符合高血压诊断标准的肥胖高血压患者218例、超重高血压患者574例、正常体质量高血压患者662例为研究对象,分析不同体质量指数高血压患者的中医体质类型(平和质、气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质、湿热质、血瘀质、气郁质、特禀质,平和质之外的8种体质类型均为偏颇体质)分布特点。结果:肥胖高血压组、超重高血压组、正常体质量高血压组中医体质类型分布有显著差异(P<0.01),平和质各组分别占22.94%、26.83%和26.13%,8种偏颇体质各组分别占77.06%、73.17%、73.87%。居于前3位的偏颇体质类型:肥胖高血压组是痰湿质(24.77%)、气虚质(19.72%)、阴虚质(12.39%);超重高血压组是气虚质(14.98%)、阳虚质(10.80%)、阴虚质(9.93%);正常体质量高血压组是气虚质(13.75%)、阳虚质(13.44%)、阴虚质(10.88%)。结论:不同体质量指数高血压组患者中医体质类型分布特点不同,临床对高血压防治的辨体调护应考虑不同体质量指数人群的差异性。
