| 摘 要： | 亚健康是健康与疾病之间的状态,其防治与中医体质理论,治未病思想相契合;亚健康状态表现心身相关,与中医情志致病原理,强调脏腑辨证之论治相符;亚健康症状的复杂多样,与中医综合调理及特色疗法之应用相合。从亚健康状态的特征探讨分析了中医药防治对策。

| Abstract: | Sub-health is a state between healthiness and disease.It communicates with the theory of the constitution factor of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and the thought of preventive treatment of disease;Sub-health involves psychosomatic.It is related with TCM emotional stress,emphasizes differential diagnosis according to state of viscera as well;Complicated variety in sub-health symptom is dealt with synthetically regulation of TCM and characteristic therapy.This article discussed and analyzed the prevention and cure strategy of traditional Chinese medicine according to the characteristic of sub-health condition. |
