| 摘 要： | 特发性肺间质纤维化根据发病时间、临床症状等分为早中晚三期;根据病情发展分为慢性进展期和急性加重期.反复感受外邪、环境毒邪为发病外因,肺肾亏虚为发病内因,瘀血痰浊为基本病理产物,痰瘀深伏凝结、肺络痹阻为特发性肺间质纤维化发病关键,并探讨了其不同病期的病机演化.
