胞宫相关经穴体表温度反应月经来潮的研究

目的:通过观察与胞宫密切相关经脉的经穴、非相关经穴及非穴体表温度在经期第1d和月经结束后第3d的表现,探寻特异性反应月经来潮的穴位。方法:本研究在北京中医药大学和北京中医药大学附属东直门医院进行,招募正常女大学生49人。选取胞宫相关经穴血海、地机、中都、三阴交、太溪、太白、太冲、水泉,非相关经穴悬钟以及悬钟旁非经非穴。于经期第1d和月经结束后第3d的相同时间点连续动态探测经穴及非穴体表温度60min。结果:正常女大学生足少阴肾经原穴-太溪的同名穴位温差值经期第1d显著低于经后第3d(P=0.0075)。其它经穴及非穴2天比较无显著性差异。结论:根据初步研究结果推测:肾经的原穴-太溪在体表温度上具有反应月经来潮的特异性。

A comparative study on skin temperature response to menstruation at uterine-related acupoints

Objective:To compare the skin temperature of uterine-related acupoints on three foot yin meridians,uterine-irrelevant acupoint and a non-point in healthy female university students at the first day of menstruation and the third day after menstruation for the purpose of researching the specific response of acupoints to menstruation.Methods:The study was conducted in Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.Forty-nine healthy female university students were enrolled.We choosed uterine-related acupoints Xuehai(SP10),Diji(SP8),Zhongdu(LR6),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Taixi(KI3),Taibai(SP3),Taichong(LR3) and Shuiquan(KI5),uterine-irrelevant acupoint Xuanzhong(GB39) and non-meridian point nearby Xuanzhong.A dynamic skin temperature detector for meridian and acupoint was used by fixing button-type thermocouple at measurement points to detect its skin temperature 60min continuously at both the first day of menstruation and the third day after the menstruation.Results:The temperature difference between the right and left Taixi(KI3),the Yuan-source point of Kidney Meridian of Foot-Shaoyin in the first day of menstruation was significantly less than that in the third day after the menstruation(p =0.0075).There were no significant differences of the temperature differences between right and left of other measurement points between those two days(P>0.05).Conclusions:These results preliminarily suggest that Taixi(KI3),the Yuan-source point of Kidney Meridian of Foot-Shaoyin may have specific response of skin temperature to menstruation.
