尤昭玲宫腔粘连-求子临证认知与诊疗策略

YOU Zhao-ling’s clinical cognizing and medical strategy on the intrauterine adhesion of infertile cases

This paper briefly introduces professor YOU Zhao-ling’s strategy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)intervention in the diagnosis and treatment of intrauterine adhesions under the assistance of transvaginal color doppler.Professor YOU regarded TVSD as an preferred approach for IUA’s diagnosis,evaluating the endometrial receptivity.Through the clinical experiences,the reasonable clinical pathway impacted on TCM in patients with IUA was established.Under the guidance of the overall thinking of TCM,the treatment is based on oral administration of Chinese materia medica,combined with diet therapy,ear points and other auxiliary therapy,which complement each other.For the clinical diagnosis and treatment of intrauterine adhesions,a new concept and ideas were put forward.
