基于多中心真实世界研究再评价舒泌通胶囊治疗湿热瘀滞证慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效

目的:再评价舒泌通胶囊治疗湿热瘀滞证型慢性前列腺炎(CP)的临床疗效。方法:纳入1872例CP患者,在其常规治疗的基础上服用舒泌通胶囊治疗,每次4粒,每日3次,4周为1个疗程,观察治疗2个疗程。观察治疗前后NIH-CPSI评分(包括疼痛症状评分、排尿症状评分及生活质量评分),治疗前后症状分级量化积分情况,并观察不良反应。结果:治疗后总有效率为95.5%,治疗后NIH-CPSI总分及疼痛症状、排尿症状、生活质量评分较治疗前均显著减少(P<0.05);治疗后中医证候总有效率达98.9%,单项证候总有效率在79.5%~97.6%之间。结论:舒泌通胶囊可显著改善CP患者的临床症状,值得临床进一步研究及应用。

Re-evaluation of the clinical efficacy of Shumitong Capsule in the treatment of chronic prostatitis with dampness-heat stasis syndrome based on multicenter real-world study

Objective:To re-evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shumitong Capsule in the treatment of chronic prostatitis with dampness-heat stasis syndrome.Methods:A total of 1872 patients with chronic prostatitis were treated with Shumitong Capsule based on routine treatment,4 tablets once,3 times a day,4 weeks as a course of treatment,and 2 courses of treatment were observed.The NIH-CPSI score(including pain symptom score,voiding symptom score and quality of life score),symptom grading and quantitative score before and after treatment were observed,and the adverse reactions were observed.Results:The total effective rate after treatment was 95.5%.The total score of NIH-CPSI and the scores of pain symptoms,urination symptoms and quality of life after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome was significantly improved,the total effective rate was 98.9%,and the total effective rate of single syndrome was 79.5%to 97.6%.Conclusion:Shumitong Capsule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in patients with chronic prostatitis,so it has unique advantages,and is worth further research and application in the clinical practice.
