清宫正骨流派传承与其特色理筋手法运用探析

传统中医正骨理筋学术流派是中医药发展传承至今的重要组成部分,清宫正骨流派是中医骨伤学派的经典流派之一。于清代中后期逐渐兴盛,推动了近现代中医骨伤科事业的成型与发展。清宫正骨流派传承脉络清晰,学术特点鲜明,对于骨伤科常见疾病有独到的见解理论和特色有效的治疗方法。笔者通过查阅文献并结合自身学习体会,介绍清宫正骨流派传承历史渊源及学术思想理论,描述常见的清宫正骨理筋特色手法操作方式及治疗原理,结合当下清宫正骨手法的创新研究及应用现状,为现代中医骨伤科学术流派的传承发展提供借鉴,更好地启发中医骨伤科临床及科研工作者。

Analysis on the inheritance of the Qinggong Zhenggu school and the application of its characteristic massage manipulation

The academic school of traditional orthopedics Chinese medicine is an important part of the development and inheritance of Chinese medicine,Qinggong Zhenggu school is one of the classical orthopedics schools.It is gradually flourished in the middle and late Qing dynasty,which promotes the formation and development of modern orthopedics.The Qinggong Zhenggu school has a clear line of inheritance and distinct academic characteristics,and has unique insights and theories and characteristic effective treatment methods for common diseases in orthopedics.By consulting literature and combining with my own learning experience,the authors introduced the historical origin and academic thoughts and theories of the Qinggong Zhenggu school inheritance,and described the common characteristic operation methods and treatment principles.Combined with the current innovative research and application of Qinggong Zhenggu massage manipulation,this paper provided reference for the inheritance and development of the academic schools of orthopedics of modern traditional Chinese medicine,and better inspires the clinical and scientific researchers of orthopedics of traditional Chinese medicine.
