摘    要:目的:研究江西鄱艾生物科技有限公司鄱艾堂市售不同加工工艺艾条艾烟的化学成分。方法:收集不同加工工艺艾条艾烟各20mL于顶空瓶中密封,利用HS-GC-MS联用仪进行检测,运用质谱检索标准库NIST 11.L对结果进行鉴定。结果:不同加工工艺艾条艾烟共鉴定出化学成分109种,主要为烷烃、酯、烯烃、醇、酮、醛、芳香烃类物质,其中共有成分32种,但同一成分含量差异明显。结论:艾烟的成分非常复杂且同种品牌不同加工工艺艾条艾烟其化学成分具有一定的差异性。

Abstract:Objective:To study the components in moxa smoke from Jiangxi Poai Biotechnology Co.,Ltd POAITANG with different processing technology.Methods:The 20 mL of moxa smoke were collected and sealed in headspace bottles.The HS-GC-MS was used for detection and the results were identified by NIST 11.L.Results:The moxa smoke with different processing technology identified 109 chemical components,mainly alkane,ester,olefin,alcohol,ketone,aldehyde and aromatic hydrocarbon substances,of which there were 32 common components,but the content of the same component was significantly different.Conclusion:The components of moxa smoke were very complex,and the chemical components of different processing technologies of the same brand of moxa smoke also have certain differences.
