| 摘 要： | 笔者根据跟师学习体会和个人临床实践,总结了国家级名老中医赵荣莱教授治疗反流性食管炎的宝贵经验。反流性食管炎病机关键为胸阳失展,膈中积气,膈胃之气不利,膈气不降,胃气上逆。治疗以透膈利气,斡旋升降为首要,临证酌情配合行气、活血、化痰解郁、润燥。

| Abstract: | Based on personal experience and understanding in clinical practice, the author summarized the valuable experience of Professor ZHAO Rong-lai on how to treat reflux esophagitis in TCM. The key pathogenesis of reflux esophagitis was due to the abnormal ascending and descending of spleen and stomach. It was mostly caused by chest yang obstruction, qistasis in diaphragm, failure of descending of diaphragm qi and upward rush of stomach qi.
