| 摘 要： | 文章以长期临床实践、大样本流行病学调查和系统文献为基础,提出了艾滋病艾毒伤元的病因病机假说。认为艾滋病是一种新发疫病,艾毒是其直接病因。艾毒是一种疫疬之邪,其性质兼有湿、热、毒、疠等病邪特征,以湿热为主;艾毒直接损伤并渐进性地消耗人体元气,最终导致元气耗竭而死亡,伤元是艾滋病的基本病机;培元解毒是艾滋病的基本治则。

| Abstract: | In this paper, based on the long-term clinical practice, large sample epidemiological investigations, and systematic literature, we proposed the hypothesis that the etiology and pathogenesis of AIDS was AIDS virus injurying primordial qi. We believed that the AIDS virus was the direct cause of AIDS, and the AIDS virus injurying primordial qi was the basic pathogenesis of AIDS. Replenishing primordial qi and getting rid of the AIDS virus was the basic treatment rule of AIDS. |
