| 摘 要： | 中药的量效关系,尤其是在方剂复杂体系中显现的量效关系,是中医药现代化中需要深入研究的重要问题。作者对中药量效关系认识及其基本特征进行探讨,认为中药的量效关系除具有一般药物所共有的属性,又具有基于整体观的用药规则、基于七情和合配伍形成的非线性量效特点、基于量效改变而致配伍关系变化的多重疗效特点等中医药鲜明特征。中药量效关系的研究既包括单味药,也包括药对、方剂的量效关系的研究。量效关系研究将有可能从概念与科学内涵、思路与方法等方面进行系统阐述,这将为基于临床实践经验积累的中药及方剂量效关系赋予现代依据,为中医用药规范、合理用药、提高临床疗效提供指导,为中药创新药物研究提供基础,也必将为中医药现代化水平的提高做出应有的贡献。
