温下法与温涩法对溃疡性结肠炎患者结肠表皮生长因子含量的影响

目的：探讨温下法与温涩法在溃疡性结肠炎（UC）损伤修复方面的不同作用机制。方法：采用二步免疫组化法检测治疗1个月前后温下组（29例）、温涩组（27例）和对照组（27例）患者结肠组织表皮生长因子（EGF）的表达水平，比较3组治疗前后结肠组织EGF的变化。结果：温涩法与温下法都能较好地促进结肠EGF表达，而温涩法疗效更优，对照组未见明显改变。结论：温下法与温涩法能够增加UC患者体内EGF的含量，进而可能通过EGF对黏膜屏障的保护作用促进黏膜损伤的修复。而温涩法作用优于温下法，表明温涩法在促进损伤修复方面疗效较优。

Comparison with Effects of Warm and Purgation Method and Warm and Unsmooth Method on Colon EGF of Ulcerative Colitis Patients

Objective: To explore the different mechanisms of action of warm and purgation method and warm and unsmooth method in promoting the repair of immunological injury of ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods: Expression of epidermal growth factor(EGF) of colonic tissue in the three groups in terms of warm and purgation,warm and unsmooth and control were examined by the two-step immunohistochemistry method and these changes in the three groups were compared before and after treatment.Results: Both the warm and purgation method and the warm and unsmooth method can promote EGF expression of colonic tissue better,but treatment result of the warm and unsmooth method was more significant than the warm and purgation method,and change of the control group was not obvious.Conclusion: Both the warm and purgation method and the warm and unsmooth method can increase EGF expression of UC patients,and promote repair of the injured mucous membrane by protection of EGF to mucous membrane of intestinal tract.The effect of the warm and unsmooth method is better than the warm and purgation method,which suggests that the warm and unsmooth method can promote repair of injury better than the warm and purgation method.
