蜂针结合康复训练对脑卒中后肩手综合征患者的疼痛及运动功能影响

目的:比较蜂针结合康复疗法与单纯蜂针、康复治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的疗效差异。方法:将90例患者随机分为蜂针结合康复训练组(蜂康组)、蜂针组、康复组各30例。采用上肢运动功能、疼痛、关节活动度等指标判断其28d后的临床疗效。结果:蜂康组总有效率为96.55%,明显优于蜂针组的67.86%和康复组的73.33%(P<0.05);蜂针结合康复能够明显改善患者的上肢运动功能、上肢疼痛及关节活动度,与单纯蜂针和单纯康复比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蜂针结合康复治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征可有效缓解肢体疼痛症状,促进患侧肢体功能恢复。

Influence of bee-sting combined with rehabilitation therapy on pain and movement function in poststroke shoulder-hand syndrome patients

Objective:To observe the influence of bee-sting combined with rehabilitation therapy on pain and movement function in poststroke shoulder-hand syndrome patients.Methods:Ninety cases of poststroke shoulder-hand syndrome were randomly divided into a bee-sting combined with rehabilitation group,a bee-sting group and a rehabilitation group,30cases in each group.Upper extremity fugl-meyer assessment,pain,joint activity were used for assessment of therapeutic effects after 28 days treatment.Results:The total effective rate of 96.55% in the bee-sting combined with rehabilitation group was significantly better than 67.86% in the bee-sting group and 73.33% in the rehabilitation group(P<0.05).Bee-sting combined with rehabilitation therapy could significantly improve upper limb motor function,pain and joint activity with much significant differences as compared with the bee-sting group and the rehabilitation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bee-sting combined with rehabilitation therapy could improve upper extremity pain symptom and functional recovery.
