中医体质分类判定与兼夹体质的综合评价

中医体质学认为,体质是人体生命过程中,在先天禀赋和后天获得的基础上所形成的形态结构、生理功能和心理状态方面综合的、相对稳定的固有特质。中医体质分类是根据人群中的个体不同的形态结构、生理功能、心理状态等方面的特征,按照一定的标准,采用一定的方法,通过整理、分析、归纳,分成若干类型。由于每个个体都是由精、气、血、津液等基本物质构成,它们之间又相互影响,因此,在实际生活与医疗实践中,虽然可以发现较为典型的某种体质,但多数人的体质特征是不典型的,兼夹体质广泛存在于广大人群当中,且兼夹体质的种类和程度也因人而异。为此,本研究探讨基于中医体质分类理论,研制中医体质分类判定的标准化测量工具;并进一步探讨应用中医体质分类判定工具,采用雷达图技术,为临床提供一种简单、有效、直观的兼夹体质综合评价方法。

Constitutional classification and comprehensive evaluation in Chinese medicine

The constitution in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) theory believes that,constitution is formed before birth and can be improved after birth,it is an integrated,relatively stable inherent characteristic which is composed of morphology,physiological function and psychological state in one,s life.Constitutional classification of Chinese medicine is based on the individual different morphological structure,physiological function,psychological state and so on,according to certain standards,using a certain method,we collate,analyze and summarize relevant information,and then classify constitution into several types.Since each individual is composed of the Essence,Qi,Blood,Body fluid and so on,and these fundamental substances interact with each other,in real life and medical practice,though we can find some typical constitutional type,the constitutional characteristics of most people are not typical,mixed constitution is widespread among the majority of the crowd,and the type and extent of mixed constitution also vary individually.To this end,based on the constitutional classification theory of TCM,we have developed a standard measurement tool(Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire) to determine constitutional classification of Chinese medicine,and we will explore the application of this tool further,so that we can provide a simple,effective and intuitive method which can comprehensively evaluate the mixed constitution for clinical practice.
