| 摘 要： | 目的:研究我国不同种质黄芩的质量,优选黄芩的优良品种。方法:采用分光光度法,测定不同种质黄芩多糖及可溶性糖的含量。结果:山东泰安、临朐、文登等地的黄芩多糖含量高,在10%以上;甘肃黄芩(S.baicalensis Georgi)多糖含量为7.22%,沙滩黄芩(S.strigillosa Hemsl.)含量较低,为5.01%。结论:黄芩中多糖含量与种质、产地、生长时间等因素有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the quality of different germplasm of Scutellaria and optimize the superior cultivar in China. Method: The content of polysaccharide and soluble carbohydate were determined by spectrophotometry. Results: The polysaccharide content was above 10% in Scutellaria from Shandong Tai,an, Linqu and Wendeng. The content was 7.22% in S. baicalensis Georgi and was only 5.01% in S. strigillosa Hemsl.
