瘀热互结证模型大鼠中医表征指标量化研究

摘    要:目的:验证本课题组研究开发的中医实验动物证候表征采集分析系统,并对瘀热互结证模型大鼠的多项与望诊相关的表征指标进行测试与评价。方法:利用中医实验动物证候表征采集分析系统对瘀热互结证模型大鼠的毛色、眼睛颜色、耳廓颜色、舌色、足爪与尾部等多项中医证候表征指标采集分析。结果:模型组大鼠与正常组大鼠在眼睛颜色、耳廓颜色、舌色、足爪瘀血程度与尾部瘀血比例等方面相比较具有明显差异(多数指标RGB百分比值相比较,P0.05),且与肉眼观察到的症状及其它病理指标反应的病证情况相一致。结论:本系统初步实现了中医实验动物证候表征某些望诊指标采集的数字化,分析自动化,达到了客观、科学的要求,且实用性好。

Abstract:Objective: To verify the acquisition and analysis system of rat physical signs diagnosed by Chinese medicine method which was developed by our research group,and using it to test the physical signs of animal model with TCM syndrome digitized and automated.Methods: In this study,the hair color,auricle color,eye color,tongue color,paw color,and the proportion of tail blood stasis were collected and analyzed by the system.Results: The results showed that compared with the normal rat,the eye color,tongue color,auricle color,paw stasis of blood,and tail stasis of blood of model rat had significant difference,which was consistent with the symptoms observed by eye and other physical signs diagnosed by laboratory examination.Conclusion: This system can make the physical signs of animal model with TCM syndrome digitized and automated,make physical signs diagnosed more objective and scientific,and has good practicability.
