血脑欣胶囊对急性缺血性中风患者血浆内皮素及降钙素基因相关肽的干预作用

目的:观察血脑欣胶囊对急性缺血性中风(属中医气滞血瘀型)患者的血浆内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)及神经功能缺损程度的影响.方法:采用随机、阳性药物平行对照的方法,选择符合西医诊断急性脑梗塞及中医辨证气滞血瘀证的患者59例,随机分为两组,治疗组30例,对照组29例.治疗组口服血脑欣胶囊,每次4粒,每日3次;对照组口服尼莫地平片,每次20mg,每日3次;14d为1个疗程.比较两组治疗结束时血浆内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平、神经功能缺损程度评分(NDS)的变化.结果:治疗结束时,治疗组血浆ET水平(57.658±14.877)pg/L,低于对照组(70.456±17.059)pg/L,CGRP(84.404±8.705)pg/L,高于对照组(78.402±10.699)pg/L,两组比较差别均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);14d时,治疗组NDS明显较对照组降低,差别有统计学意义(P＜0.05);中医症效疗效:治疗组愈显率83.33%,总有效率96.67%;对照组愈显率58.62%,总有效率86.21%,两组间比较差别有统计学意义(P＜0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组.结论:血脑欣胶囊通过调节急性缺血性中风患者的血浆内皮素(ET)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平,减轻神经功能缺损程度,改善患者的预后.
