| 摘 要： | 目的:运用聚类分析方法分析香附四物汤组成药物配伍关系;应用关联规则方法Apriori算法分析香附四物汤中药对的组成规律。方法:采用SPSS 16.0软件,对香附四物汤方剂中单味药进行模糊量化处理后,对其组方原则及配伍规律进行探讨分析;从中医方剂数据库中检索出包含香附-延胡索等5个药对治疗痛经的方剂,建立数据库,对其出现频率进行统计分析。结果:香附四物汤方中的当归、香附和延胡索相似度较高,是本方主要组成单元;在154首治疗痛经的方剂中,香附-当归药对使用频次较高,香附-延胡索药对最常与四物汤配合运用。结论:运用用药频率统计与关联规则等数据挖掘方法,能较好地发现中医临床治疗痛经方药的用药规律,为临床遣方用药提供理论指导。
